Mandala met sjablonen en de kolam

Vandaag getekend zonder Fennie; Mieke ging met de kolam aan de slag. De kolam een mooie Indiase vorm. Zo wonderlijk dat Indiase vrouwen deze zo uit het blote hoofd voor de ingang van hun huis op de grond tekenen. Eerste worden de punten gezet en van daaruit de vormen neergezet. Wij deden dat met kleurpotlood; in India gebeurt dat met gekleurd krijtpoeder.

Jullie hebben nog wat foto's tegoed van de vorige les. Toen maakte Fennie een mandala met (zelf geknipte) sjablonen en Mieke ging toen aan de slag met de dynamische of statische rozet.

Zwerfkatten in pastel

Vandaag met de kinderen met softpastelkrijt gewerkt. Zwerfkatten in softpastel, eerst zacht getekend met kleurpotlood op bruin inpakpapier met maar een paar lijnen. Als snorharen, spitse oren, mooi gekrulde wangen en een lange staart maar niet ontbreken. Het was leuk de diverse emoties in de kattensnoeten te krijgen. Nog niet af, maar hieronder al een kleine impressie. 
En vieze handen krijg je op zeker met softpastel!

Zinger joins Bunzo

Diva's challenge for this week is to use the reborn pattern Zinger from Maria and Robert from Zentangle.com.

I found it hard to use Zinger alone, so thought it would be nice with Bunzo and some circles. What do you think?

Handige handen en uilen

Vandaag werd de laatste hand (:-)) gelegd aan de uilen. De babyolie had een week goed kunnen drogen en dus werden de bladeren opgeplakt.

De volgende opdracht was de omtrek van je hand op papier te zetten en de omgeving op te vullen met lijnen en daar waar de hand stond de lijn te buigen. 
Het 3D effect van deze oefening is duidelijk zichtbaar.

Hopelijk krijgt deze regenbooguil volgende week z'n bladeren....

Mickey and Minnie Mouse Challenge
