Same as Laura Harms I wanted to explore this tangle for a long time now. So I was glad this weeks challenge from The Diva gave me the opportunity. I used the explanation of Rick Roberts, you can find it here. That made it much easier for me. Well easier.... I did made mistakes, but, guess what.... leafs came out of it :-) Still have got to play more with this very hard tangle.
Thanks for looking :-)

BeantwoordenVerwijderenThey are both lovely tangleations. Exquisite.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenThey are all very beautiful and colorful. I had to use Rick's explanation too to understand better how to do this tangle.

BeantwoordenVerwijderenI love the first one, its so pretty and when I saw your 2nd one, I just went Wow!! love the bold colours - both created beautifully
BeantwoordenVerwijderenBoth variations are perfect first one-delicate the second one so bold
BeantwoordenVerwijderenBrilliant, Colorful and impacting!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenI love your variations. Totally awesome!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenWow - the first one looks like a photograph of a wonderful paper sculpture - an amazing 3-D effect. The second one is so different, and beautifully vibrant. I hope I can do as well as you have.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenWow! Really great. I especially like your second variation on it. The shapes are really neat, and the colors are beautiful.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenWe're all like Wow! But they're so pretty! Beautiful colors, great interpretations on both! Really, really nice!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenThese are both beautiful. I really like the first tile. Your "mistake" really adds to the tile. The whole thing is so dimensional. Your shading makes it look like it is rising right off the page!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenI tell ya that first one, has the best mistakes I've ever seen! They are both really wonderful tiles.
